This foundational project from my time at Roark Creative represents early innovation in interactive campus navigation - predating my 3D specialization but showcasing comprehensive project leadership. Built in Macromedia Flash with ActionScript 3 and custom Xbox Kinect integration, this dual-platform solution lived both online and as a wall-projected installation where students could physically navigate using touch gestures.
Interactive building selection provided detailed campus information and wayfinding assistance, creating an intuitive orientation experience that helped students discover university resources and navigate the physical campus environment effectively.

Interactive, Eye Catching, and Fun
A heartfelt tribute to the golden age of Macromedia Flash - an era when the web pulsed with genuine creative expression and boundless experimentation. Those halcyon days of crafting immersive Flash websites and interactive experiences across multiple agencies remain treasured memories, representing a time when digital creativity knew no limits.
Then came Steve Jobs' infamous open letter, effectively ending Flash's reign and ushering in our current era of sterile, wireframed responsive design - where the mere appearance of an animated GIF somehow constitutes groundbreaking innovation. The contrast feels particularly stark when remembering what we once built.
