Ask not what the pixels can do for you but, what you can do for the pixels!

I hate the feeling of screw up. I don’t think I did but I might have, I hate the nervousness.

So I have an email out to a client, which I believe I just worded wrong. I’ve sent out a following email, trying to fix what I thought I broke, but in this land of no response my mind seems to be in a super imaginative mood of possible outcomes. In all reality, it’s probably nothing and even very, very silly for me to be even thinking like this. But sometimes, no matter how old you are, you still do immature things, one day I’ll grow up.

1 Peter 5:7

Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully.

Opportunities, favor, good times.

I never blame the government for anything job related. It’s not the president’s job to get me a job, he doesn’t owe me a thing. I, like others, have went jobless for a while. For me, it was about a month.

Then I started my own business.

It has been a great ride since the beginning, ups, downs, twists and turns. Now it seems to be ever growing, which is great but, I must document this favor.

The favor of God. Favor is a powerful ally, faith is a powerful ally, love is a powerful ally.

“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is , and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”
- Hebrews 11:6

I can hear it now, “Oh no! You’re one of those Christian folk.” My answer is, “Unashamedly so.”

After just starting with the talents I had, I then started putting Mark 11:23-11:24 into action, to the best of my knowledge.

For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed , and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass ; he shall have whatsoever he saith . Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire , when ye pray , believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
- Mark 11:23-24

Those words from Jesus are a declaration to us about our authority upon this earth. So I knew I needed so much money every month for bills, etc. So, to the best of my knowledge I spoke as the verses in Mark said to speak, not only did I speak, but I believed, with every shred of my being (to the best of my knowledge of the Word and of God) that what I said shall come to pass.

I did not pray and ask, I pray and declared, “Thank you Father, for being my provider and thank you for your favor. In the name of Jesus, I claim my money (I had a set amount) out of this world’s system. Satan you take your hands off of my money and angels go out and influence people for good to bring business my way. Thank you Father for meeting my needs.”

I know someone is saying, “Wait, that sounds crazy!” My response would be, “Go back to those verses in Mark and read them, Jesus said that and he’s not crazy. So don’t come wake me up at night – the Word is working for me.”

So, back to favor, utilizing what God has given us in the Word and through Jesus allows God to reign down favor and I, as Peter when Jesus told him to cast his nets once again into the lake yielding a huge number of fish, am extremely grateful.

I just had to write about His goodness, as I will in the future, for sure. There is a Heaven to gain and a Hell to shun. But it’s only by accepting Jesus as Lord, you must be born again, by confessing with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believing in your heart that he has been raised from the dead, then you will be saved.

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved . For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
- Romans 10:9-10

So, keep on pushing those pixels, keep on moving in the favor of God and smile, because He loves me.
